Three weeks in...

Three weeks in and how time flies when you're having fun (and getting to know a fresh new city!!)
I'd prefer to dive right in rather than giving the whole spiel about what the world means and the reason I find myself sitting here in a Sydney suburb rather than freezing my English ass off in the dark cold streets of a Zone 2 London suburb.

So this blog is all about Sydney. An English girl moving to Sydney. There are many of us out there and I'm sure a fair dozen are also blogging about their life change and global move too. But anyway, I've been inspired to start this blog to document my time here as a new Sydneysider.

Walking around the streets over the last 3 weeks, I have been struck by a number of fizzing observations. Firstly, I'm in awe of the sheer number of independent cafes, restaurants, theatres, galleries, shops and their slickly designed and wittily penned websites and blogs. Secondly, Sydney is creative! There's a bright innovative light which is shining through NSW and it's reflecting right on Sydney's waters. So naturally I'm inspired to blog about everything new that I'm seeing, buying, eating, feeling and hearing.

And rest assured, I'll only blog about something if I think it's worth blogging about. So no time of yours will be wasted...
